And the rest of the digits is the number of the guitar that came off the assembly line. The new ones have ESP-EMG.and I think that they aren't that good because they aren't real. Unfortunally ESP didn't keep good records of old serial numbers. Many records have been lost during years and most of all were destroyed in a fire accident on.
